Join Mark Carter each Sunday lunchtime from 1pm for Mark’s Mystery Years.
Mark Carter has been working full-time in radio for over 25 years and is one of the most recognisable voices in the local area.
One of his earliest gigs was a Saturday night show on the original Wey Valley Radio back in 1994.
He went on to become a familiar voice on a number of stations, including BBC Radio Sussex and BBC Radio Surrey.
Mark is in demand as an events host, from Christmas events to awards ceremonies and political debates!
In December 2019, Mark took the lead role in his first professional pantomime at the Borough Hall in Godalming.
Mark was the founder of Surrey Day, an annual celebration of life in the county, first held in 2019. He’s also a Deputy Lieutenant of Surrey.
