From synth-pop classics and power ballads to forgotten gems and one-hit wonders, Rewind To The 80s is packed with the soundtrack of the decade that gave us big tunes, big fashion and even bigger personalities.

Pip Head brings over 30 years of broadcasting experience to the show. Starting her radio career in the 1990s at County Sound before moving on to Radio Mercury and The Eagle, she spent two years as “The Flying Eye” before presenting daytime shows on Ocean FM and Power FM along the South Coast. More recently, she’s worked with the BBC, Lite Radio and a wide variety of freelance radio, podcast and voice projects—all while juggling life as a busy mum.

Alongside her is JB, whose love of 80s music and pop culture is matched only by his enthusiasm for sharing the stories behind the songs. Together, Pip & JB combine great music, fun facts, friendly banter and plenty of laughs.. and a combined age of 110!

Expect regular features like the “One Hit Wonder”, “The Funky Three” and “Smoochers Corner” amongst other guilty pleasures & forgotten favourites that will transport you straight back to the decade of cassette tapes, arcade games, shoulder pads and Top of the Pops.
