Chris Stone chats with Sue Hubbard from Alton Repair Café

Chris Stone chats with Sue Hubbard from Alton Repair Café about the idea behind repair cafés and how they’re helping people repair, reuse and give new life to everyday items.

Sue shares how the Alton Repair Café works, the community of volunteers involved, the kinds of things they can help repair, and why repairing rather than replacing can make such a difference.

A great conversation about practical skills, sustainability, community spirit and keeping things out of the waste stream.
