Alton Heritage Day
Bring the family along to this fun and interactive Heritage event.
The second Alton Heritage Day to be held at the Assembly Rooms, will have displays and information from Local Groups and Societies with a rich history in Alton and the surrounding area.
Wey Valley Radio will be there, with a slideshow of our history of community radio in Alton spanning more than 30 years. Spot some familiar faces from years gone by, and listen to the changing sound of our jingles since we first launched in 1992!
Hosted by Jane Hurst, local historian – and Dementia-Friendly Alton.
