Alton's community radio station has a new up to date studio thanks to a grant of £9,007 from the National Lottery. We are back on air following a seven-year break. The brand new version of Wey Valley Radio has been set up as a not-for-profit company, run principally by volunteers. It is now broadcasting on 101.1 FM to listeners living across the GU34 area.
We are delighted to today announce that Ofcom have awarded us a licence to broadcast to Alton for a period of 5 years.
